OUR APPROACH

To maximize your work flow, we use value stream mapping to classifying work as value-added or non-value added. First, we gather information to help us to decide what Lean tool is appropriate in changing your metrix. For example:
What measurements do you want to change? Quality, costs, on time delivery to your customers?
Second, we define customer expectations, which allows us to look at the business through their eyes. For example: What are your customers paying you for? Typically, the answers are the same: “quality of the product or service,” “cost and lead time” or “on-time delivery” (when can we have it?!) Ironically, as consumers, these are the same questions we ask ourselves in our decision-making process.
Our customized approach in identifying this key information ensures that we are applying the right tools for the job.
